Steel Works Innovations P Ltd Position Dispatch Executive Experience 2-5 Years Location Raipur Department Logistics Dispatch Reporting To Dispatch Manager Logistics Head Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatch Executive to manage and coordinate the dispatch of materials and finished goods efficiently The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the steel or heavy manufacturing industry be well-versed in logistics operations and ensure timely and accurate deliveries Key Responsibilities Plan schedule and coordinate dispatch activities in line with production and delivery schedules Ensure proper documentation including challans invoices gate passes E-way bills and transport-related paperwork Coordinate with transporters and internal departments production sales stores for smooth dispatch operations Track movement of dispatched goods and provide regular updates to concerned departments customers Monitor packaging loading and dispatch to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards Maintain accurate records of dispatches transport bills and delivery acknowledgements Handle returns and logistics issues including delays damage or discrepancies in delivery Ensure compliance with company logistics SOPs and government transport norms Generate and analyze daily weekly monthly dispatch reports Desired Candidate Profile Graduate or Diploma holder preferably in Logistics Supply Chain or related field 2-5 years of experience in dispatch logistics operations preferably in the steel or engineering industry Strong understanding of dispatch planning inventory handling and transport coordination Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office Excel Word and ERP systems Knowledge of E-way bill generation GST compliance in logistics is a must Remuneration As per industry standards and based on experience Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 9 352 59 - 28 927 90 per month Benefits Food provided Leave encashment Provident Fund Experience Dispatching 2 years Required Work Location In person
