We would require technically sound interior project manager with good communication skill and good leadership quality Who can handle and convince clients very efficiently who can speak and write English and Hindi We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Interior Project Manager to oversee and execute high-end interior design and fit-out projects from concept to completion The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing interior projects with strong technical knowledge coordination skills and an eye for design detail Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple interior design and fit-out projects simultaneously Coordinate with clients designers contractors and vendors to ensure smooth project execution Oversee project timelines budgets and quality standards Prepare and review project documentation including BOQs schedules and progress reports Ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and contractual obligations Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve on-site issues promptly Manage procurement and logistics for materials and furnishings Deliver projects on time and within budget while exceeding client expectations Must know Autocad software microsoft office must have bike Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the interior design or construction industry Bachelor s degree in Interior Design Architecture Civil Engineering or a related field Robust leadership organizational and communication skills In-depth knowledge of design detailing project scheduling and budgeting Proficiency in project management tools and design software e g AutoCAD MS Project SketchUp etc Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Education Diploma Preferred Experience total work 5 years Required Management 5 years Required Willingness to travel 50 Preferred Work Location In person
