We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to lead our accounting team The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance with a proven track record of managing a team of 4-5 accountants The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership analytical and organizational skills along with a deep understanding of financial principles compliance and reporting standards Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting Manage and mentor a team of 4-5 accountants Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors Monitor cash flow budgeting and forecasting Improve and implement financial processes and controls Requirements Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field Minimum 12 years of relevant experience Proven team leadership and people management skills Strong knowledge of accounting software Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Age Between 36-46 years Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
