Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Medical Representative to promote and sell our pharmaceutical healthcare products to doctors chemists hospitals and healthcare professionals The role involves building strong customer relationships increasing product awareness and achieving sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical practices Key Responsibilities Promote and sell the company s pharmaceutical healthcare products to doctors pharmacists and other healthcare professionals Meet healthcare professionals regularly to generate prescriptions and enhance brand visibility Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets Conduct product presentations provide product samples and explain therapeutic benefits Develop and maintain strong business relationships with doctors chemists stockists and hospital authorities Ensure timely reporting of field activities customer feedback and market trends Monitor competitors activities and provide insights to the management team Maintain accurate records of sales visits and product promotion activities Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments Requirements Graduate in Science Pharmacy or any relevant field preferred but not always mandatory Prior experience as a Medical Representative or in sales marketing will be an advantage Solid communication negotiation and presentation skills Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory Goal-oriented self-motivated and able to work independently Basic knowledge of computers and reporting tools Salary Benefits Competitive salary with incentives bonuses based on performance Allowances for travel and communication Training and career growth opportunities Job Type Full-time Pay 29 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
