We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiter to join our HR team in Porvorim Goa The Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing recruiting and hiring top talent to support Kilowott s IT and digital services offerings Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for IT and digital services roles Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job boards social media networking and referrals to attract qualified candidates Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates technical skills experience and cultural fit Coordinate and schedule interviews technical assessments and follow-up meetings with candidates and hiring teams Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding ensuring a positive candidate experience Build and maintain relationships with candidates providing regular updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in IT and digital recruitment and continuously improve recruitment processes Collaborate with HR team members to support various recruitment initiatives and projects Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration Computer Science or related field 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition preferably within the digital services industry Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies including software development web development digital marketing and UX UI design Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for technical roles Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment Familiarity with applicant tracking systems ATS and recruitment software Keka tool would be add on Experience working in an agency or corporate environment is preferred Benefits Competitive salary package Flexible work hours Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and inclusive work culture Location Porvorim Goa Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Adaptable schedule Health insurance Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Required Work Location In person
