Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Academic Counsellor to guide students in making informed academic and career decisions The role involves student interaction counselling sessions and providing guidance on courses career options and enrollment processes Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one counselling to prospective students Assist students in selecting appropriate academic courses and career paths Explain program structures fees eligibility criteria and benefits Guide students through the enrollment and admission process Conduct follow-ups via phone email or in-person meetings Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to support student needs Participate in education fairs webinars and other outreach activities Qualifications Skills Bachelor s or Master s degree in Education Psychology or related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Robust understanding of academic programs and career opportunities Empathetic patient and student-focused approach Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools preferred Prior experience in counselling or student support is an advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
