Key Responsibilities Create high-quality 3D interior renderings walkthroughs and presentation visuals for residential and commercial construction projects Understand and interpret architectural and interior design plans sketches and concepts Work collaboratively with architects interior designers and project managers to visualize design concepts Develop and maintain a library of 3D models textures materials and lighting presets Ensure renderings are aligned with design standards brand identity and client expectations Stay updated with the latest 3D rendering tools techniques and design trends Requirements Bachelor s Diploma in Interior Design Architecture or related field Minimum 1-3 years of experience in interior 3D visualization preferably in a construction or architecture firm Proficiency in 3ds Max V-Ray Corona SketchUp AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop Knowledge of Lumion or other real-time rendering software is a plus Strong understanding of lighting composition materials and textures Attention to detail creativity and the ability to work under tight deadlines Excellent time management and organizational skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 12 000 00 - 26 000 00 per month Advantages Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Life insurance Paid sick time Work Location In person
