Telecaller Position Telecaller Department Sales Customer Service Reports To Telecalling Manager Supervisor Location Chennai Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team The primary role of the Telecaller is to make outbound calls to potential customers provide them with information about our products or services and generate leads or sales A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills a strong work ethic and the ability to build rapport with clients Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers introduce company products services and answer inquiries Provide detailed information about products services pricing and promotions Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products services to meet those needs Follow up with potential leads and existing clients to encourage repeat business and build lasting relationships Maintain accurate records of conversations customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system Achieve daily weekly monthly targets for calls made appointments set or sales generated Resolve customer issues complaints or queries in a timely and efficient manner Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective communication and campaign implementation Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and ethical guidelines during all customer interactions Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor s degree preferred Previous experience in telecalling telesales or customer service is an advantage Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English both verbal and written Solid listening skills and ability to understand customer needs Ability to remain patient polite and calm in stressful situations Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets Proficient in Microsoft Office Additional Information Full-time position Working hours 9am-6pm If you are enthusiastic target-driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment we would love to hear from you Apply today to join our dynamic team Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 10 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Schedule Day shift Evening shift Rotational shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay Commission pay Performance bonus Language Tamil Required Work Location In person
