Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to support our sales team by monitoring employee trackers ensuring timely updates and maintaining accurate data The intern will be responsible for following up with employees escalating non-compliance and suggesting improvements in reporting processes This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn about sales operations data management and process optimization in a dynamic work environment Key Responsibilities Monitor employee trackers Excel sheets with multiple tabs to ensure data is updated accurately Ensure timely updates of pitches follow-ups and closures by employees Regularly cross-check entries for accuracy and highlight discrepancies Share daily weekly update reports with the manager Follow up with employees if updates are missing Suggest improvements in reporting for better efficiency Skills Attributes Required Proficiency in MS Excel basic formulas data handling formatting Robust attention to detail and accuracy Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proactive attitude takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions Eager to learn about sales operations and data management What We re Looking For in an Intern Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset Disciplined and punctual in reporting Comfortable taking follow-ups from employees politely but firmly High sense of responsibility towards confidential data Job Type Full-time Pay 8 000 00 - 10 000 00 per month Work Location In person
