Posted Sunday September 21 2025 5 00 PMPurpose of the job Based in Gurgaon New Delhi the successful incumbent will be working as part of the Consulting Analytics Team the Data Analyst will be responsible for providing best in class client facing reports interactive dashboards intelligent insights and data support across the HH group The role will also encompass monitoring and reporting on internal data compliance so that all business departments and service lines are conforming to internal processes and delivering against contractual commitments Key responsibilitiesClient Management Information MI BI reports Design and management of BI dashboard solutions Manage amends and updates to all client facing reports seeking continuous improvement Constantly look for process improvements innovation and added value through reporting Collate data into standardized reporting formats or as per client specified requirement Provide analytical support and insights in all projects Deliver regular reports on challenges issues improvements suggestions to the Consulting Analytics Team Lead Create and maintain data quality processes as well as ensuring data accuracy Create and maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business financial or economic data for review by executives managers clients and other stakeholders Participate in physical and virtual meetings as required to facilitate functional requirement gathering and report development Manage timely flow of business intelligence information to users Internal reportingCollection of data from various sources using internal systems Assume responsibility for generating internal reports Use own initiative to create new reports and insights for the benefit of HH Global Ad hoc reportingGenerate reports on an ad hoc basis for approved HH staff as and when required This list is not exhaustive and is designed to identify the main priorities of the role This role could include travel overseas to our country offices to understand country specific requirements Knowledge Skills Experience Minimum 3 years experience within a similar level role Excellent analytical skills and interpretation understanding and reporting of data gained in a previous role Minimum 3 advanced level in Microsoft Excel with VBA Minimum 2 years of working experience in advanced level of SQL Desirable knowledge of ETL process Experience with using BI tools would be an advantage Proven ability to document and prioritize issues raised by others Ability to prioritize tasks and directly support the department managers Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization LI-KL1 Job Details Pay TypeSalary Current Delhi Delhi India India
