Project Role Security Architect Project Role Description Define the cloud security framework and architecture ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals Document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations Must have skills Network Security Operations Good to have skills NA Minimum 5 year s of experience is required Educational Qualification 15 years full time education Summary As a Security Architect you will define the cloud security framework and architecture ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to assess security needs documenting security controls and transitioning to cloud security-managed operations all while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices Roles Responsibilities - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Conduct regular assessments of security architecture to identify areas for improvement - Facilitate training sessions for team members on cloud security best practices Professional Technical Skills -Provide day to day operational support for the Multiple Firewall vendor and Palo Alto Service and Checkpoint -Expert level knowledge of Fault Management like Identify and Classify Fault Investigate and Diagnose Fault and Provide Fault resolution -Should have very positive experience of software patch management to manage the Firewall patch management cycle patch testing and deployment of patches on timely basis -Candidate should have knowledge of backup and restoration for configuration as per defined backup and restoration policy -Create various reports for remediation change tracking and on demand basis -Support client with Palo Alto Firewall Management Checkpoint Prisma related questions including those related to remediation procedures and technical aspects -Train Level 1 and 2 team to manage the Palo firewall Services to perform initial tasks -Candidate should have advanced level skill on Palo Alto Firewall policy management to help team to manage the Firewall Audit Rule optimization and policy cleanup -Candidate should have proficient knowledge on compliance and Regulatory requirement to manage the audit compliance on timely basis for example PCI DSS HIPPA SOX etc -Very good Understanding for firewall Logs to investigate any incidents happening in the environment -Experience and knowledge on one or many Firewall rule review and Optimization tools such as Skybox Firemon Algosec MyWizard etc -Good Knowledge of ITIL COBIT framework good exposure of Service management -Experience in the documentation and design of Standard Operating Procedures -Good Knowledge of VPN IPSec and Prisma Additional Information - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Security Operations - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required 15 years full time education
