Job Summary Responsible for end-to-end accounting operations for real estate projects including project-wise accounting statutory compliance vendor payments and financial reporting Key Responsibilities Maintain books of accounts and project-wise cost tracking Handle vendor bills contractor invoices and timely payments Manage bank transactions and reconciliations Prepare and file GST TDS and other statutory compliances Prepare monthly MIS project-wise P L and reports Support audits and coordinate with CAs banks and consultants Qualifications Experience B Com mandatory M Com CA-Inter preferred 3-5 years of accounting experience in real estate or construction Skills Tally ERP MS Excel Strong GST TDS knowledge Attention to detail and compliance focus Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 440 000 00 per year Advantages Health insurance Leave encashment Work Location In person
