EXPERIENCE Candidate should have minimum 3 years to 6 years As project site engineer Education BE IN CIVIL OR DIPLOMA IN CIVIL Key Responsibilities Project Management Oversee all aspects of the interior design project from planning to execution ensuring adherence to design specifications and timelines Site Supervision Manage and coordinate construction activities on the site ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards and adheres to project specifications Coordination Collaborate with interior designers architects subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and communication Quality Control Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality of workmanship identify potential issues and ensure compliance with quality control measures Safety Management Implement and enforce safety protocols at the site ensuring the well-being of all personnel involved Material Management Coordinate material procurement delivery and storage ensuring materials are of the required quality and are delivered on time Budget Management Monitor project costs ensure adherence to budget constraints and identify cost-saving measures Documentation Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports site diaries and change orders Problem Solving Identify and address any technical or logistical challenges that may arise during the construction process Communication Effectively communicate with clients consultants and other stakeholders regarding project progress issues and changes Leadership Motivate and guide site personnel ensuring they adhere to project standards and safety regulations Technical Expertise Possess a robust understanding of construction methodologies materials and industry standards related to interior design Drawing Interpretation Be proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and interior design drawings specifications and plans Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 48 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund
