Working Hours 9 00 AM - 6 00 PM Industry Food Industry Supermarket Experience Required Minimum 1 Year Qualification Graduate any discipline Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the food industry or supermarket sector The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day purchasing activities including sourcing order placement stock monitoring and vendor coordination to ensure timely procurement of goods at competitive rates Key Responsibilities Assist the Purchase Manager in sourcing and purchasing food and grocery products Maintain daily records of purchases and inventory levels Communicate with suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery timelines Ensure quality standards and food safety compliance in all purchases Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages Coordinate with the warehouse store team for goods receipt and stock updates Prepare and maintain accurate purchase records and reports Follow up on pending orders and resolve any delivery or invoice issues Qualifications Requirements Graduate in any discipline Minimum 1 year of experience in a purchasing role within the food industry or supermarket Basic knowledge of inventory systems and procurement processes Positive negotiation communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Excel and other basic computer applications Detail-oriented organized and able to multitask Job Types Full-time Permanent Work Location In person
