Duties Responsibilities Conduct follow-up activities post-site visit to address any outstanding issues clarify all client related queries and ensure client satisfaction Develop prospects by heavy networking referrals cold calling direct marketing business development to support organization Collaborate with operation team to ensure seamless execution of client requirements Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients Create execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Assist in preparing presentation materials required for client meetings and site visits Engage in initial discussions with clients to understand their requirements and expectations for the project Confirm the requirement for tender and ensure compliance with the specified format for submission Travel extensively within South India to meet clients attend trade shows and participate in industry events Requirements Any Bachelor s degree BE Diploma MBA Proven experience in coordinating site visits or similar project management roles Effective communication skills with ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Familiarity with tender processes and contracts management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software s Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Prior experience in construction engineering or related industries is a plus Documentation prepare quotations Vendor registration Registering customer compliance Good communication and interpersonal skills Willing to travel within South India Lead generation for a project-based sales initiative Must have good mathematical and analytical skills Experience 3 years preferred Male candidates preferred Interested candidates share resume at hr zebalabs com contact no (phone hidden) Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Required Language Any other language will be an added advantage Required Work Location In person
