Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Architect with 6-10 years of experience to take a leadership role in the design and development of high-profile commercial and hotel projects The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large complex projects leading design teams and engaging with clients to create visionary architectural solutions You will be responsible for guiding all phases of project delivery from concept design to construction administration ensuring high-quality timely and cost-effective results Key Responsibilities Lead the architectural design process from concept development to project completion for commercial and hotel ventures Collaborate with internal teams including engineers designers and project managers to ensure seamless project execution Develop and present design proposals including 2D and 3D visualizations to clients and stakeholders Prepare and oversee the production of detailed construction documents Coordinate with consultants contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects and project teams Conduct site visits and oversee construction administration to ensure quality and adherence to design intent Ensure compliance with local building codes zoning regulations and sustainability standards Manage project budgets timelines and resources effectively Stay current with design trends building materials technologies and industry best practices Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution 6-10 years of professional experience in architecture with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior role Knowledge of sustainable design principles aiming to incorporate eco-friendly elements into projects Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD Revit SketchUp Rhino Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Experience with managing project budgets schedules and client relationships Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of local building codes zoning regulations and construction processes LEED or other sustainability certifications are a plus Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic fast-paced environment What We Offer A creative and collaborative working workplace with diverse projects Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Gurgaon Haryana Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Work Location In person
