Job Title Site Supervisor Location In office Employment Type Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities ensure smooth execution of work and coordinate with contractors vendors and internal teams The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time within budget and as per quality and safety standards Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site operations and workforce activities Ensure work is executed as per drawings specifications and timelines Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and vendors Monitor material usage and report shortages or damages Maintain site safety discipline and cleanliness Conduct daily site inspections and resolve on-site issues Ensure compliance with safety norms and company policies Prepare daily progress reports and update management Assist in quality control and inspection of completed work Coordinate with engineers architects and project managers Required Skills Qualifications Diploma ITI Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field 2-5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor construction interiors commercial projects Strong knowledge of site execution and safety practices Ability to read drawings and BOQs Good communication and team coordination skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Preferred Skills Experience in commercial kitchens interiors fit-out projects Knowledge of material handling and vendor coordination Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting Salary Benefits Salary As per industry standards Site allowance if applicable Growth opportunities Job Type Full-time Pay 12 379 91 - 29 164 80 per month Work Location In person
