Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support the execution and coordination of government projects The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring project deliverables are met on time maintain compliance with government standards and coordinate between stakeholders for smooth operations Key Responsibilities Assist in planning coordinating and executing government project activities Maintain project documentation reports and compliance records Liaise with government departments vendors and internal teams Support in data collection report preparation and submission of government documentation Monitor project timelines identify risks and help resolve operational issues Ensure compliance with contractual terms and regulatory requirements Track budgets invoices and procurement related to the project Provide logistical and administrative support to the project team Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Public Administration or a related field 1-3 years of experience in operations administration or government projects Solid organizational and project coordination skills Good understanding of government processes and documentation preferred Proficient in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Willingness to travel to project sites if required Job Type Full-time Pay 22 000 00 - 25 000 00 per year Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person
