Job Overview We are looking for a Senior Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily housekeeping operations ensuring cleanliness hygiene and overall guest satisfaction The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills attention to detail and experience in maintaining high hospitality standards Key Responsibilities Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure all rooms public areas and back-of-house areas are maintained as per resort standards Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms corridors and common areas Train mentor and manage the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service Assign daily tasks monitor performance and provide feedback for improvement Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies linen and guest amenities ensuring timely procurement and stock control Coordinate with the front office and maintenance departments to handle guest requests and room readiness Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations Address guest complaints and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly Prepare duty rosters and schedules to ensure smooth operations Monitor laundry operations and maintain the quality of linen and uniforms Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping preferably in a luxury resort or hotel Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work in a quick-paced environment Knowledge of housekeeping equipment cleaning chemicals and safety procedures Proficiency in handling housekeeping software is an advantage Flexibility to work in shifts weekends and holidays as per operational requirements Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Experience Supervising 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
