We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BMS Engineer to design install maintain and optimize Building Management Systems The ideal candidate will ensure energy efficiency system reliability and optimal building performance through the integration and control of HVAC lighting fire alarms and other mechanical and electrical systems Key Responsibilities Design and develop BMS control strategies based on project specifications and client requirements Program and configure BMS systems e g Siemens Honeywell Johnson Controls Schneider Electric Tridium Perform installation commissioning and integration of BMS hardware and software Monitor system performance and conduct diagnostics to identify and resolve issues Support preventative and reactive maintenance activities across BMS platforms Collaborate with MEP engineers contractors and project teams to ensure successful system delivery Prepare technical documentation including wiring diagrams schedules and reports Provide training and technical support to clients and facility teams Stay up to date with current technologies and energy efficiency best practices Requirements Bachelor s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Automation or related field Proven experience typically 2-5 years working with BMS systems Familiarity with HVAC electrical systems and energy management Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Excellent communication and teamwork skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 30 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Morning shift Work Location In person
