Job Title Accountant Experience 5 years Location Jaipur Job Overview We are seeking a proactive Accountant with a background in financial institutions The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience in internal audits compliance audits operational risk assessments and the development of risk registers risk control matrices RCM and Risk and Control Self-Assessments RCSA Key Responsibilities Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls regulatory compliance and policy adherence Manage GST compliance including returns filing reconciliation and addressing notices queries Handle direct and indirect taxation Income Tax TDS GST Professional Tax etc Ensure accurate and timely filing of monthly quarterly and annual tax returns Prepare and maintain books of accounts ledgers and financial statements as per statutory norms Coordinate and support statutory internal and tax audits ensure timely closure of audit requirements Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts vendor customer balances and tax-related transactions Liaise with tax consultants auditors and regulatory authorities as required Monitor changes in tax laws and ensure compliance with the latest regulations Assist in budgeting financial forecasting and MIS reporting Ensure compliance with company policies accounting standards and statutory requirements Qualifications Bachelor s degree in finance accounting business administration or a related field 5 years of experience in internal audit compliance audit or operational risk management within financial institutions Experience in drafting and maintaining policies and SOPs Previous experience in fintech payments companies or cryptocurrency exchanges is highly preferred Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards GST laws Income Tax Act and Companies Act Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks risk management strategies and internal control evaluations Excellent communication problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
