Job Summary The Account Executive is responsible for maintaining account records for preparing periodic GST-related reports from time to time He She is authorized to perform functions related to filing returns within the applicable due dates Responsibilities include receiving and processing invoices expense forms and payment requests handling petty cash preparing bills and receipts maintaining accounting records making copies filing documents etc Must be thorough with statutory compliance of deducted and collected taxes such as Service Tax and TDS Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of company accounts acting as the main point of contact Handle income tax GST and other relevant tax filings for the company and clients Build and maintain strong long-term relationships Collaborate with internal teams to avoid unnecessary expenses Monitor the company s account status Monitor and manage ongoing account activities Maintain a deep understanding of the company s products or services to effectively communicate and address client needs Prepare regular reports on account status and performance Collaborate with internal teams Prepare and present reports forecasts and account reviews to senior management Requirements Bachelor s degree in a related field Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role with a focus on TDS filing tax returns and DSC management Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and internal teams Proficient in Microsoft Office Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Familiarity with TDS and DSC management portals Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Application Question s What is your current salary What is your expected salary Experience Accounting 1 year Required Location Salem Tamil Nadu Required Work Location In person
