About Us We are a specialized procurement company based in Mumbai offering a comprehensive one-stop solution for sourcing building materials Catering to SMEs and large enterprises across the construction interiors and real estate sectors we supply everything from steel and ready-mix concrete RMC to finishing materials like plywood and electricals Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our team The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end procurement process ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials tailored to client specifications This role requires strong vendor management skills negotiation capabilities and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders Key Responsibilities Source building materials as per client requirements from existing approved vendors Identify evaluate and onboard new vendors to expand the supplier base and enhance material options Manage the complete order lifecycle from inquiry quotation purchase order generation delivery tracking to after-sales support Ensure all materials meet quality standards and delivery timelines Negotiate pricing payment terms and contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms Collaborate with clients suppliers and internal teams to resolve any procurement-related issues promptly Maintain and update procurement records vendor databases and documentation for audit and reporting purposes Monitor market trends and material cost fluctuations to advise on procurement strategies Qualifications Skills 2 years of experience in procurement ideally within the construction interiors or real estate sectors Strong knowledge of building materials and vendor markets in Mumbai National level Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills Proficient in MS Office and procurement software tools Ability to multitask prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment Problem-solving aptitude and a customer-focused approach What We Offer Prospect to work with diverse clients ranging from SMEs to large-scale enterprises Exposure to the entire procurement lifecycle in the construction and real estate domain Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 10 326 55 - 34 477 08 per month Work Location In person
