Job Summary We are looking for a LinkedIn Marketing Specialist who can manage company pages generate leads create content and grow brand visibility on LinkedIn The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of LinkedIn algorithms content strategy and B2B marketing Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize the company s LinkedIn page and personal branding profiles Create engaging content including posts graphics and short-form videos Run and manage LinkedIn paid campaigns optional if required Generate quality B2B leads through targeted outreach and content Build connections with relevant industry professionals Monitor analytics and performance metrics for continuous improvement Schedule posts and maintain a consistent publishing calendar Conduct competitor research to improve strategy Manage LinkedIn messaging engagement and community interactions Work with the sales marketing team for lead nurturing Required Skills Solid understanding of LinkedIn algorithms trends Excellent written and verbal communication Knowledge of content creation branding Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator Familiar with Canva graphic tools Ability to run LinkedIn Ads optional Basic knowledge of CRM tools Analytical and reporting skills Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 42 347 03 per month Work Location In person
