Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources function and help shape the culture and structure of the organization The ideal candidate will work closely with the founder and leadership team to build strong HR frameworks ensure compliance and foster a productive and positive work environment Key Responsibilities Develop implement and maintain HR policies procedures and best practices Work closely with the founder to align HR strategies with organizational goals Lead recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent Manage payroll PF ESI gratuity and all statutory compliances Ensure proper employee documentation and maintain HR records Oversee performance management reviews and employee development Handle employee relations grievance resolution and disciplinary actions Support in organizational planning change management and internal structuring Drive initiatives related to employee engagement culture-building and retention Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR managerial role Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance Experience handling payroll and statutory obligations Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion Proficiency in HR software tools and Microsoft Office Suite Job Type Full time Pay 500 000 00 - 900 000 00 per year Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
