Job description System Monitoring Monitor and manage computers network and servers to ensure their optimal performance and security Hardware and Software Support Having proper knowledge of different kind of hardware s and Provide technical support to end-users troubleshoot hardware and software issues and assist in resolving technical problems User Account Management Create modify and manage user accounts access permissions and group policies as per client requirements Backup and Recovery Implement and manage backup solutions to safeguard critical data and perform data recovery in case of emergencies Patch Management Keep systems up-to-date by applying patches and updates to operating systems and software applications Security Compliance Assist in ensuring that client systems comply with security policies and standards including antivirus and firewall management Documentation Maintain accurate records and documentation related to system configurations procedures and troubleshooting steps Client Communication Communicate effectively with clients to understand their IT needs provide status updates and offer technical solutions Team Collaboration Collaborate with senior system administrators and IT consultants to solve complex technical issues and improve IT infrastructure Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Basic understanding of operating systems e g Windows Linux and network fundamentals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies Certifications such as CompTIA A or Network are a plus but not mandatory BSC IT and MSC IT IMS preferable travel allowance will be given Note Good English Communication required Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 8 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
