About the Role We are seeking a dynamic target-driven Senior Sales Representative with deep industrial networks across India to lead business development for our Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System BESS solutions targeted at industrial clients The ideal candidate will be a selfstarter with a strong track record of independently generating leads nurturing relationships and closing high-value orders in the clean energy space Required Qualifications Skills Minimum 7 years of industrial sales experience with at least 3 years in Solar and BESS sales Strong technical understanding of solar PV systems hybrid systems and industrial energy needs Deep industrial customer base and proven PAN India business development exposure Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver against targets Excellent verbal and written communication in English Knowledge of Hindi or regionallanguages is a plus Willingness to travel extensively across India Degree Diploma in Engineering Electrical Mechanical or Energy or related field MBA in Marketing or Energy Management optional but preferred Experience in C I Commercial Industrial rooftop ground-mount solar or BESS integration projects Compensation 8 to 8 5 lakhs CTC per Annum Travel and business development expenses reimbursed Performance-based growth opportunities Job Type Full time Pay 800 000 00 - 850 000 00 per year Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
