Job Summary We are seeking an experienced video editor to join our digital team atKoustuv Group You will collaborate with our marketing team to transform raw material into a high-quality final product You ll be responsible for creating storyboards producing short-form and long-form content creating and adding graphics and animations and adding music and special effects Key Responsibilities Plan shoot if needed and edit engaging video content teasers interviews short films testimonials reels and ads Develop storyboards and visual scripts in collaboration with the Head of Branding and Content Writer Edit footage using motion graphics transitions background music and visual effects to produce high-quality final outputs Maintain a consistent brand tone and storytelling style across all videos Handle colour correction audio syncing subtitles and basic animation as required Maintain a digital library for all raw footage B-rolls and project files Design supporting creatives for campaigns thumbnails posters event flyers and social media posts Collaborate with the Social Media Executive to ensure cohesive visual identity across digital platforms Create visual assets aligned with ongoing campaigns ad creatives and school branding materials Maintain brand guidelines - colour palette typography and visual consistency Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree or diploma or other certification in Film Editing Media Production Visual Communication or related field 2 - 4 years of experience in video editing production and post-production Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects Photoshop Illustrator Canva for basic design work Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro is a plus Strong sense of rhythm visual storytelling and attention to detail Ability to work independently under tight timelines while maintaining creativity and quality Preferred Experience Prior work experience in educational branding digital marketing or storytelling for institutions will be an added advantage but not mandatorily required Must have 2 years of experience in any marketing agency and social media work Experience in shooting short-form videos reels interviews events Understanding of social media video formats aspect ratios and engagement trends Creative mindset with a solid sense of visual aesthetics and brand communication Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
