Job Summary We are looking for an experienced IT Support Manager with solid expertise in Zoho applications Zoho One Zoho CRM Zoho Desk Zoho Projects etc to lead our IT support operations The ideal candidate will oversee IT helpdesk operations manage a support team and ensure seamless functioning of all business-critical IT systems with a special focus on Zoho platform administration customization and troubleshooting Zoho Administration Support Serve as the primary administrator for Zoho applications Zoho CRM Desk Projects People Books etc Manage user accounts roles permissions and security settings within Zoho Configure customize and optimize Zoho apps to align with business processes Troubleshoot Zoho-related issues and coordinate with Zoho Support when required Create workflows automation and dashboards to enhance productivity Train and support end-users on Zoho applications Job Type Full-time Pay From 20 000 00 per month Shift Day shift
