Job Summary Valcore Foods is an innovative food processing company based in Mohali Punjab Our product portfolio includes fruit and vegetable pastes along with other specialty food ingredients We are looking for an experienced agronomist with robust expertise in vegetable cultivation to help develop a sustainable backward integration program Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to - Selecting cultivars using techniques like Randomized Block Design - Managing crops including pest and disease prevention and control - Farm selection based on soil health logistics irrigation facilities and other factors - Conducting research and development to improve fruit quality increase productivity and reduce yield variability - Developing and implementing a multi-tiered contract farming model - Supporting and optimizing processing operations through cross-functional activities - Building and maintaining relationships with farmers and other stakeholders - Strategizing planning and executing raw material procurement Other requirements 1 Willingness to travel and work outdoors 2 Knowledge of modern agronomic and intercultivation practices 3 Proficiency in written and spoken English 4 Self-motivated with a positive attitude 5 Minimum qualification BSc Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Mohali Punjab Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Bachelor s Required Experience field 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
