What you ll do Be in charge of recruiting employees for our Customer Care units Be in charge of recruiting interns for TomTom in APAC using job postings as well as establishing contacts with universities Connect with both hiring managers and candidates and offer them the best recruitment experience possible Be in charge of presenting internship opportunities and TomTom in student visit events Organize internal and external events for your fellow interns What you ll need You are enrolled in a Bachelor or Master s degree in HR organisational psychology or any other related field You are fluent in English You are detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and planning skills You are a good team player while being able to work independently You are able to manage multiple projects at the same time and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment You are curious and eager to learn You have great communication and relationship-building skills Having an interest in Tech is a plus We may use artificial intelligence AI tools to support parts of the hiring process such as reviewing applications analyzing resumes or assessing responses These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans If you would like more information about how your data is processed please contact us
