Key Responsibilities Develop and implement structured training sessions tailored to swimmer ability levels Teach proper stroke techniques breathing body position starts and turns Maintain a safe pool setting by enforcing facility rules and monitoring swimmer conduct Conduct assessments to track swimmers progress and provide feedback to athletes and parents Prepare swimmers for competitions if applicable including meet strategies and performance goals Maintain attendance records and program documentation Ensure all equipment is used safely stored properly and reported if damaged Communicate regularly with parents staff and management regarding schedules events and progress Provide first aid during emergencies and follow appropriate safety procedures Promote a positive team culture based on respect discipline and continuous improvement Preferred Skills Experience preparing swimmers for competitions Knowledge of sports psychology and athlete development Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to create fun and engaging lesson plans Working Conditions Work takes place in indoor outdoor swimming pools Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and competition days Physical ability to demonstrate swimming techniques and assist swimmers when needed Only Female Candidate Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Experience Payroll management 5 years Preferred Work Location In person
