Job Title Production Technician Assembly Soldering Fitter Department Production Experience 1-3 Years Location Sinhagad Road Vadgaon Khurd Near Lokmat Press Pune - 411041 Qualification ITI Diploma Job Time - 9 am to 5 30 pm Job Responsibilities 1 Assembly Work Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of components as per drawings and work instructions Assemble parts using hand tools power tools and measuring instruments Ensure proper alignment fitting and tightening of components Inspect assembled units for quality and correctness 2 Soldering Perform PCB soldering THT SMT as per required standards Handle components carefully and ensure proper solder joints Use soldering iron flux and other equipment safely Rework and repair defective soldering if required 3 Fitting Work Perform mechanical fitting drilling tapping grinding and basic fabrication Read and understand engineering drawings and measurements Fit and fix parts on machines panels or assemblies Conduct basic troubleshooting and adjustments Quality Safety Follow all quality procedures and checklists during assembly work Maintain a clean and safe working setting Report defects or process issues to the supervisor Ensure proper handling of tools machines and materials Skills Required Knowledge of basic tools spanner pliers screwdrivers drills Good understanding of measurements vernier micrometer scale Soldering skills for electronic assemblies Ability to follow instructions drawings and SOPs Basic problem-solving and teamwork skills Additional Responsibilities Maintain production records and update daily reports Support continuous improvement activities in the production line Assist other team members when required HR NEHA (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
