Job Summary We are looking for an Operational Risk Analyst to support our risk management function by identifying assessing and monitoring operational risks across the organization The ideal candidate will analyze incidents evaluate controls and help strengthen risk processes to ensure compliance and reduce potential losses Key Responsibilities Identify and assess operational risks across business units Maintain risk registers KRIs and incident logs Analyze operational incidents and perform root-cause reviews Support control testing and process improvement initiatives Track corrective actions and ensure timely closure Prepare regular risk reports for management Assist with audits and regulatory reviews Requirements Bachelor s degree in Finance Risk Management Business or related field 1-4 years experience in operational risk internal audit or controls Strong analytical reporting and problem-solving skills Good understanding of risk frameworks and banking financial processes Proficient in Excel and data analysis Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 278 714 47 - 535 426 91 per year Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
