Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the entire metal fabrication department Plan daily production schedules and assign work to welders fitters and machine operators Ensure quality of fabricated products as per drawings and standards Monitor production timelines and reduce delays wastage Coordinate with design purchase and quality teams for smooth operations Maintain safety standards and ensure proper use of machines tools Train and supervise manpower for better productivity Handle reporting documentation and daily production updates Development of New Product Skills Requirements Robust knowledge of welding cutting bending and fabrication processes Ability to read and understand technical drawings Good team-handling and problem-solving skills Basic computer knowledge Excel email reporting Job Type Full-time Pay 45 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
