Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates BOQs Bill of Quantities and tender documents Conduct feasibility studies and risk analysis for cost control Monitor project costs budgets and variations throughout the construction phase Certify subcontractor bills progress payments and final accounts Analyze rates negotiate with suppliers contractors and subcontractors Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements Provide cost advice and value engineering solutions to minimize expenses Prepare monthly financial and cost reports for management Support project planning scheduling and contract administration Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of construction contracts FIDIC JCT etc Proficiency in estimation software AutoCAD MS Excel CostX Candy or similar Strong numerical and analytical skills Valuable negotiation and communication abilities Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving capability Qualifications Experience Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying 3-7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects Experience in infrastructure buildings or road projects preferred Professional certification RICS AIQS or equivalent is an advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
