- Production Manager Company Prama Instruments Location Rabale Navi Mumbai Salary Range 30 000 - 35 000 per month Working Hours 9 00 AM to 6 00 PM Role Overview The Production Manager at Prama Instruments will oversee planning coordination and management of all manufacturing operations The role ensures productive workflow across machines and departments timely order completion and adherence to quality standards Key Responsibilities 1 Production Planning Scheduling Prepare and manage the daily production schedule for Turning Capstan CNC VMC Laser Cutting Laser Marking Welding Bending Machines and Fabrication work Optimize machine utilization and resource allocation to achieve production targets 2 Operations Management Coordinate production activities across all departments to maintain smooth workflow Supervise fabrication operations and resolve production-related issues efficiently Monitor manpower deployment across various production processes 3 Quality Timely Execution Ensure on-time completion of production orders while maintaining required quality standards Follow and enforce company production procedures and quality guidelines 4 Cross-Department Coordination Coordinate with the Purchase Sales Design and R D departments for Material planning Order follow-ups Technical and design requirements 5 Reporting Continuous Improvement Maintain daily and monthly production reports Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and output Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
