Job Title - Business Development Executive BDE Industry Flexible Packaging Printing Packaging Department Sales Marketing Location Sector 49 Gurgaon Experience 2-3 years Versatile packaging industry experience preferred Employment Type Full-time Role Overview The Business Development Executive will focus on generating new business expanding market reach and building strong relationships with clients in the flexible packaging sector The role involves identifying prospects such as FMCG companies food beverage manufacturers pharmaceuticals agro and other industries requiring flexible pouches and laminated rolls Key Responsibilities Identify and target potential clients in industries using laminated pouches rolls center-seal three-side seal pouches zipper pouches and other flexible packaging products Maintain a strong pipeline of OEMs brand owners contract manufacturers and distributors Understand customer packaging needs material structure thickness pouch type printing requirements and order quantity Coordinate with the Prepress Production and Quality teams to ensure feasibility and timely execution of orders Negotiate pricing and commercial terms based on material structure laminate cost and production capability Handle customer onboarding documentation order follow-up and after-sales service Explore new market trends competitor pricing and packaging innovations Work to achieve monthly quarterly sales targets Maintain all sales activity records and client communication in CRM Excel Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of flexible packaging materials Understanding of gravure printing Good negotiation and communication skills Ability to interpret basic technical requirements microns laminate structure seal strength etc Strong relationship-building skills and client-handling abilities Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Target-driven dynamic and proactive Qualifications Graduate in Marketing Business Administration Packaging Technology or related field Minimum 2-3 years of experience in flexible packaging sales preferred Freshers with strong technical understanding may also be considered Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
