Detailed Responsibilities

- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements throughout the lending lifecycle, including origination, servicing, syndication, repayments, and collections.
- Translate business needs into transparent functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows.
- Serve as a liaison between business, product, and technology teams to ensure seamless alignment and communication.
- Support the impact analysis, planning, and execution of UAT, test case reviews, and production readiness activities.
- Lead and participate in workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and stakeholder review sessions.
- Ensure lending solutions adhere to regulatory, risk, and compliance standards.
- Provide subject matter expertise on core banking and loan processing platforms, with an emphasis on ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System) and Loan IQ.
- Contribute to large-scale banking transformation projects, ensuring delivery within Agile and SDLC frameworks.

Skill Requirements

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance,



Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the lending/corporate banking domain.
- Hands-on expertise with ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System) is highly preferred; experience with Loan IQ is an asset.
- Deep understanding of lending products, commercial and corporate banking workflows, and end-to-end processes.
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and SDLC delivery models.
- Exceptional documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to core banking or loan processing platforms.
- Experience supporting large-scale banking transformation programs.

Other Requirements (Optional)

- Experience with loan syndication and collections processes.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and risk management in financial services.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, Agile, or PMP are advantageous.
- Proactive, analytical mindset and the ability to drive process improvements.
