Title Services Title Search/

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Having worked on First American processes is added advantage, experience of working on applications like Data Trace, Data Tree and on the Title Plants applications.

• Should have enough experience working on Full search,



Developer Deed search using starters is must.

• Nationwide search experience with experience of working on multiple applications.

• Examine the search package.

• Verify the chain of title.

• Verify all open lines and judgements.

• Consider all the ancillary documents.

• Review the veracity of documents on title perspective

• Generate Title report in client application.

• Upload any additional document as per the requirements.

• Excellent typing skills.

Qualification & Experience

• Basic Degree completion with Experience in Mortgage Origination • Minimum 2 years in Due Diligence and 5 Years Mortgage experience • Should be adaptable working in night shifts • Open to working extended periods/weekends when necessary • Computer Skills - comfortable with MS office • Good written and oral communications skills in English
