- Plan, organize, and monitor daily site activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate between management, designers, site supervisors, vendors, and clients.
- Manage and lead a team of carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, fabricators, and labourers.
- Effectively manage both North Indian and South Indian labour teams while maintaining discipline and productivity.
- Allocate daily work to labour teams and monitor progress against project timelines.
- Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and rectify execution issues before they become major problems.
- Verify site measurements and ensure accuracy before execution.
- Prepare and maintain daily work schedules and execution plans.
- Forecast material requirements well in advance to avoid delays.
- Coordinate procurement of materials with vendors and ensure timely delivery to site.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to achieve better pricing, faster deliveries, and long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best possible quality, pricing, and payment terms.
- Ensure materials received at site meet quality standards and project specifications.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, civil, fabrication, and carpentry works to ensure smooth execution.

- Take complete ownership of assigned projects and ensure successful delivery with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all aspects of project execution.
