Must-Have:

- Coded Automation proficiency in Object-Oriented Code C# highly preferred
- Visual Studio or similar IDE
- Specflow / ReqNroll or similar BDD framework
- JIRA/Azure DevOps (or equivalent)
- Confluence (or equivalent)

Positive-to-Have

- Playwright experience preferred
- Wealth Management domain Knowledge
- Prior experience in agile methodology

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated C# .Net Automation Developers with 5+ years of experience.

- Test Automation Strategy & Best Practices Ability to assess when to use automation vs. manual testing based on risk, ROI, and test stability.
- API & Integration Testing Hands-on experience with standard industry tools such as Postman




- Risk-Based Testing Decisions Ability to determine which tests should be automated (high-volume, regression, API) vs. which should remain manual (usability, exploratory, edge cases).
- Test Maintenance & Scalability – Ensuring automation is sustainable by implementing best practices like self-healing tests, modular frameworks, and reusable test scripts.
- Shift-Left Testing – Embedding automation early in development
- Exploratory & Manual Testing Strategy – Understanding the value of manual testing in scenarios that require human intuition, such as UX, accessibility, and new feature validation
- Agile & Scrum Experience – Active participation in Agile ceremonies
- Excellence in soft skills including communication, collaboration and problem solving
- 4+ yrs QE testing experience with a demonstrable track record on large greenfield projects
