We are hiring Technical Support Representatives for Hybrid Cloud Services. The role requires solid communication skills, basic technical understanding, and willingness to work in a 24x7 support environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Requirement 1:
- Band 4: Freshers (Pass out 2025) (Mandatory)
- Requirement 2 :
- Band 5: 6 Months 1 Year IT experience (Pass out 2025/2025)
- Education: BCA / B.Sc (Computer Science) from reputed institutes

- Basic IT / Technical support knowledge

Work Details
- 5 Days working (Rotational Week-offs)
- 24x7 Shift Environment (including night shifts)
- Shadow Training: 4 Weeks from DOJ
