Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates. This role is best suited for someone with solid communication skills and a passion for talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, support, and corporate roles.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Prepare and release offer letters and coordinate pre-joining formalities.
- Manage onboarding documentation and ensure a smooth joining experience.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases,



and MIS reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred).
- 02 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with professionalism.
- Hindi communication skills (Mandatory).
- Telugu communication skills (Mandatory).
- Preferred Attributes
- Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Sales hiring is an added advantage.
- Strong networking and candidate engagement skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude with excellent time management and follow-up skills.
