Job Title: Manager EMEA & APAC Payroll and Payroll Accounting

3 days WFO and 2 days WFH

2pm to 11pm

Job Summary

Manage multi-country payroll operations, payroll accounting, compliance, financial controls, and governance across EMEA and APAC regions. Ensure accurate payroll delivery through vendors and internal teams while maintaining compliance and reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end payroll operations across EMEA/APAC countries.
- Review payroll processing, reconciliations, variances, funding, and approvals.
- Handle payroll accounting including journals, accruals, provisions, and GL reconciliations.
- Support month-end/year-end close and financial reporting.
- Ensure payroll compliance, audits, SOX controls, and statutory requirements.




- Manage payroll vendors and collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, and regional teams.
- Drive payroll process improvements, automation, migrations, and system implementations.

Required Skills

- 812 years of payroll & payroll accounting experience.
- Multi-country payroll management (EMEA and APAC).
- Payroll accounting, reconciliations, accruals, compliance, and controls.
- Vendor management and global payroll governance.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite) and advanced Excel.
- Exposure to payroll platforms like ADP, CloudPay, Workday Payroll, Ramco, UKG preferred. contact (phone hidden)
