We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of marketing principles and a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Manage and execute lead generation campaigns across various channels.
- Plan and coordinate company participation in industry events and trade shows.
- Conceptualize and manage webinars to engage target audiences and generate leads.
- Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new product launches.
- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns within CRM tools.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively.
- Collaborate with sales, product,



and other teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years to maximum 10 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Proven experience in lead generation, event planning, and webinar management.
- Strong understanding of GTM strategies and marketing analytics.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
