We are looking for an experienced Pega Constellation Developer with strong expertise in Pega PRPC development and enterprise application design. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Pega Constellation, case management, workflow development, and Pega best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise applications using Pega PRPC and Constellation.
- Develop reusable components following Pega best practices.
- Design case types, workflows, decision rules, and business processes.
- Perform debugging using Tracer, Clipboard, and other PRPC tools.
- Develop reports, correspondence, and integrations.
- Collaborate with architects and business teams to understand requirements.
- Prepare low-level and high-level design documents.
- Participate in code reviews and production support.
Required Skills
- 6 8 years of hands-on Pega PRPC development experience.
- Pega CSSA Certification is mandatory.
- Strong experience with Pega Constellation architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Case Management and Workflows.
- Experience with Activities, Data Pages, Decision Rules, SLAs, and Integrations.
- Experience with PRPC debugging tools such as Tracer and Clipboard.
- Valuable understanding of PRPC configuration and deployment.
- Experience with SQL Server.
- Strong OOPS and design pattern knowledge.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Pega frameworks such as CPM, CPMi, CPMHC, Smart Investigate, or Smart Dispute.
- J2EE background.
- Enterprise system integration experience.
- Team handling or technical leadership experience.
