We are seeking a Response Management Executive who is articulate, confident, and proficient in English communication. The ideal candidate will engage with CXOs and senior executives from large enterprises across the country, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

CXO Engagement: Confidently interact with C-suite executives, decision-makers, and senior stakeholders across industries.
Response Handling: Manage inbound and outbound responses via emails, calls, and other communication channels with a high level of professionalism.
Business Communication: Draft and articulate well-structured responses, proposals, and follow-ups in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance engagement and business opportunities.
Coordination & Follow-ups: Ensure timely responses, track conversations, and coordinate meetings to drive seamless communication.




Market Understanding: Stay updated on industry trends and business landscapes to have meaningful discussions with CXOs.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of interactions and prepare reports to track engagement effectiveness.
Key Skills & Requirements:

Exceptional English communication skills (written & verbal).
Confidence to engage with CXOs and senior executives professionally.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to handle multiple conversations with clarity and precision.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
