Role & responsibilities

- Review and code medical records accurately using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines.
- Handle Multispecialty Denial Coding and ensure coding accuracy.
- Analyze denied claims and identify coding-related issues.
- Work on denial resolution to maximize reimbursement.
- Maintain quality and productivity as per business requirements.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and coding compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve coding queries.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
- CPC Certification (Mandatory)
- 2-4 years of Medical Coding experience.
- Hands-on experience in Multispecialty Denial Coding is mandatory.
- Candidates having E/M IP or OP Coding experience along with Denial Coding will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT & HCPCS coding.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Immediate Joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days are preferred.
