Role & responsibilities

- Conduct daily review of Machine Shop maintenance activities.
- Monitoring maintenance goals like BD Hrs, Occurrence, MTTR, MTBF.
- Why-Why analysis for Breakdown and implementing permanent counter measure for problems.
- Participate in daily production meeting.
- Implementation of Kaizen.
- Monitoring Predictive maintenance like Hydraulic Oil filtration, Vibration analysis etc. and take Corrective action for abnormalities.
- Preventive and Predictive Maintenance planning and implementation
- Ensure MWO updation in PM software
- Spares planning and Coordination with Purchase for spares procurement and services
- Spare cost tracking
- Implement spares cost reduction activities
- Machine reconditioning plan preparation.
- Implement actions for equipment down time reduction
- 5 S & TPM Implementation




- Ensure all safety circuits working condition in Equipment.
- Ensure worker safety and follow statutory requirements (Electrical compliances)
- Operator Training, Validating suggestion given by Maintenance team
- Validating suggestion given by Maintenance team.
- Follow statutory requirements like Electrical Inspection.

Preferred candidate profile

- 8 to 10 years of experience
- CNC systems FANUC / SIEMENS trouble shooting & Program logic modifications
- PLC SIEMENS / Mitsubishi trouble shooting & Program logic modifications
- Hydraulics and Pneumatics
- Protected work practices
- Knowledge in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
